I created this to make it easy so that we don't have to strain if we want to picture ourselves feeling and know what it feels like to, or what it looks like to, see ourselves expressing and feeling a specific value or values in a specific setting or settings.
You can now do that. We can now create images for ourselves as goals, as guides, and things of that sort.
The instructions are simple:
A) In the first box, enter one or more of your values that you want to see on your face
and in the image of you.
B) In the second box. Describe the setting or scene you would like to see yourself experiencing those values in.
C) Either upload a photo of you from your phone or take a quick snapshot of your face right now where you're at...
and then upload that and hit generate.
The ability to start to create visuals that we can start to use as anchor points and other tools.
