They call me Wellness Detective — part noir gumshoe, part wellness whisperer. I solve mysteries of the body, brain, and soul. When your energy’s vanished like socks in a dryer, or your sleep’s acting shady, I’m the one you call.

I mix playful mystery storytelling with evidence-based wellness insights. Each session is a case file — and you? You’re my partner in sleuthing. Together, we interrogate your symptoms, hunt down hidden stressors, and dust for prints of forgotten self-care rituals.


WHAT DO I DO?
🧩 I create interactive wellness mysteries. Think of me as a mix between Sherlock Holmes, a wellness coach, and your sassy inner monologue.
